Forest As Healer with Robin Fagnan

Come experience and be a part of what the research is clearly showing regarding Deep Nature Connection. This is a short immersion in a sensory, nervous-system based process that can expand your sense of Nature, and yourself in relation to the natural world.

In this workshop you will…

  • Learn simple sensory exercises to connect with yourself, others and the natural world

  • Play intentional, embodied games (fun and movement can be effective gateways to parts of ourselves that we want to bring back!)

  • Receive invitations for writing and/or art

  • Experience group connection

Potential Benefits:

  • Stress-Reduction

  • Nervous System Regulation (including practical takeaways)

  • Access to more of your life force energy

  • Remembering how our bodies are wired to be with ourselves, one another and the land.

  • A deeper sense of self that fosters overall connection and health

  • FUN!

Robin has been working in many human support roles over the last 30 years. He has been focussed on deep nature connection work with Thriving Roots Wilderness School and Human Nature Counselling since 2018. His true passion has become clearer in more recent years, focusing on Connecting humans to the “ Real World” in deeper ways in a world that often seems to have lost it’s way; helping people to move away from a “head-centric” way of perceiving towards a more sensory-based way of feeling who and what we really are: absolutely interconnected to all of the conscious world around us.
