A Nature-based Program for Parents Through the Seasons
Join like-minded parents in this program series for 3.5 hours, one Sunday per month, following the seasons from October to April. Facilitated by Sarah Nakatsuka, RTC, Vanya Laporte, RCC and Zoe Eakle, RTC.
There is often an overwhelming amount of pressure and information about what it means to be a parent… In this unique, therapeutic program, our counsellors, Sarah Nakatsuka (RTC), Vanya Laporte (RCC) and Zoe Eakle (RTC) will offer parents a community space to be held with compassion and inspiration. Their aim is to empower parents to trust in themselves as well as the natural world, with a focus on bonding and belonging. Participants will be invited to engage in core practises that have been supportive to Sarah, Vanya and Zoe’s own healing paths as parents.
This group program could be for you if you are longing to deepen your connection to the natural world within a supportive community of like-minded parents, and if you’re curious about having a more meaningful, life-sustaining way of parenting.
This nature-based, outdoor group will gather once a month for 3.5 hours from October to April. The program also includes a pre and post 1-on-1 session with Sarah, Vanya or Zoe to support your experience and personal growth.

Dates: October 13th, November 10th, Dec 8th, Feb 9th, March 9th, April 13th
*Includes two 1-on-1 sessions with a counsellor before and after the program.
Times: 10:30am – 2pm
Location: Cedar Song, 119 Ross Durrance Rd, Victoria.
Fee: $1100 + GST *Can be paid in instalments and/or use health benefits.
